How to Search Craigslist for your Stolen Motorcycle

Stolen911.com as developed a Custom Search of Craigslist to locate possible stolen motorcycles and parts.

Popular classified sites like Craigslist have become a popular place for crooks to unload the spoils of motorcycle theft.   Unlike cars, most stolen motorcycles are not recovered.  In some cases, thieves strip the cycles of their non-identifiable parts and then sell the parts on-line through a classified site.     Occasionally stories appear in the media where someone calls the police to report that they have found their stolen property offered for sale.   To avoid this, some crooks will post classified listings in an area other then where the motorcycle was originally stolen from.   Craigslist defaults for its users to search their local area, but what if the crook has posted it in the next county?  Trying to click through all the possible choices of locations would take time and would likely deter a victim in his/her investigation.

To help, use this custom search of Craiglist to search ALL of its listings, not just the ads in your local area.   Just type in the make and model of your stolen motorcycle below and see what pops up.   You might just develop a good lead to pass on to the police.
